Is this a CRM?

No. TerritoryPulse is a daily operating tool: it decides what you should do next and records what just happened. Nothing more.

Does it track my location?

No. There is no GPS tracking and no employee tracking.

Does AI make the decisions?

No. Who-to-visit ranking is a transparent rules-based score. AI is used for understanding voice/text notes and phrasing briefings — and you always review before saving.

Can managers read my notes?

No. Managers see aggregated coverage and activity only; note text is restricted to its author at the database level.

Can I put patient information in it?

Please don't. Store only business information about HCPs and organizations.

Can I import my customer list?

Yes — CSV import with line-by-line validation is included in Pro.
